GLADD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing grief support, bereavement education, and community connection for individuals navigating loss. Our services are designed to support emotional well-being and personal reflection—not to provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or participate in programs, unless otherwise stated or accompanied by parental/guardian consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

GLADD may offer:

• Online and in-person grief support programs
• Membership-based services
• Live events and gatherings
• Educational resources and materials
• One-on-one or group grief coaching
• Email, phone, and SMS communications

All services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

GLADD does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

• Grief coaching and support services are not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical care
• Participation does not establish a therapist-patient relationship
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or require immediate medical attention, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional

If you enroll in a GLADD membership or program:

• You agree to provide accurate and current information
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• Membership fees (if applicable) are billed according to the terms presented at checkout

GLADD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• GLADD is a nonprofit organization; tax deductibility depends on applicable laws
• Donation processing is handled through secure third-party providers

Payments

• Fees for memberships, programs, or events must be paid in full unless otherwise specified
• GLADD is not responsible for payment processing errors outside its control

By attending a GLADD event (virtual or in-person), you agree to:

• Participate respectfully and compassionately
• Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior

GLADD reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

You agree not to:
